Terms and Conditions for Petsoma

Welcome to Petsoma! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Petsoma and provide information about the Petsomaservice, outlined below. When you create a Petsoma account or use Petsoma, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Petsoma.
Account Creation: Users can create an account using an email address and password. Account creation is required for accessing the application.
Data Usage and Storage: Data necessary to run Petsoma is collected and stored in Petsoma’s remote servers.
Notifications: Users can create notification reminders for events created in the app, with their prior permission. Notifications are sent through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and current information for account creation and transactions.
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create but grant us a license to use it for the app's operation.

Petsoma owns all rights to the app and its content, including software, graphics, and trademarks.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

The app is provided "as is" without any guarantees. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to the Terms.

These Terms are governed by Portugal’s laws without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
